We only collect personal information that is necessary for our work with you. This may include:

• Name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Information you provide in enquiries, briefs, calls or messages.
• Billing and account details where you engage us for paid services.
• Website analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and referring source.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide the services you have asked for.
• Send project updates, invoices and related communications.
• Improve our website, services and client experience.
• Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in New Zealand.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us deliver our work (for example, email, hosting, analytics and payment providers), and only to the extent needed. Where possible, we choose providers with strong privacy practices.
