Privacy Policy

369 Collective ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the thirteen Information Privacy Principles (IPPs). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We only collect personal information that is necessary for our work with you. This may include:
- Name, business name, email address and phone number.
- Information you provide in enquiries, briefs, calls or messages.
- Billing and account details where you engage us for paid services.
- Website analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and referring source.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide the services you have asked for.
- Send project updates, invoices and related communications.
- Improve our website, services and client experience.
- Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in New Zealand.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us deliver our work (for example, email, hosting, analytics and payment providers), and only to the extent needed. Where possible, we choose providers with strong privacy practices.
4. Storage and security
Personal information is stored on secure, reputable platforms. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by New Zealand law (for example, tax records must be kept for seven years).
6. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to request access to, and correction of, personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at venessaminkley@gmail.com. We will respond within twenty working days.
7. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your information appropriately, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page will show when it was last changed.
